Kultia (“we”, “our”, “us” ) is committed to ensure that the privacy of its online visitors (“you”, “your”, “yours”) privacy is protected. Collection and use of personal data

We collect and use your personal information during your registration with and where necessary to transact the purchase. Should you place an order with us, we need to hold your personal data such as your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can:

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences.
When you subscribe for a newsletter, you agree that Kultia uses your data so as to provide you news information. Please be aware that you may revoke your consent at any time, with effect for the future, by sending us an e-mail. You may also unsubscribe from any newsletter via the link provided at the end of each newsletter.
In connection with our newsletter mailings, we may utilize user data to create anonymous user profiles for purposes of market research, advertising or customized newsletter contents. You may deny any such use of your data by sending us an e-mail.
Further, we collect, process and use address and order data for our own marketing purposes. You may also deny any such use, by sending us an e-mail.
We also collect and use your data when using the contact form, for the purpose of processing your inquiries.

Storage, correction, deletion and deactivation of your personal data

You may at any time view, modify and delete the data in your customer account which you entered for your registration. Data that are still required to complete the services requested by you, especially the performance and completion of contracts, cannot be deleted. The data will be deactivated upon termination of the contract, and furthermore will be deleted once the applicable retention period provided by law or contract has expired.
If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the “Sign In” menu on the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the “My Account” section. Only you may access your personal data from the website using your password and User ID.
